CWU RUGBY LEGACY PROGRAM:

This year the program has begun a process to build their foundation funds to a level that will enable them to create an endowment. This endowment will create a sustainable funding source and continue to provide the team with the resources necessary to compete at the national level. The New  “Rugby Legacy Fund” for the Men’s Rugby program is the 1st step in this direction. Funds will serve the team in perpetuity and provide the program with resources that will allow them to compete with the best rugby programs in the country. The intent of the endowment will be to use interest and earnings from the principle balance to offset the ongoing costs of the club. Endowment earnings will be used to create scholarship opportunities for athletes that choose to compete in the sport of rugby and provide support for essential team expenses which include: travel, equipment, technology, coaching materials, marketing, and capital improvements to competition and training venues. If you are interested in becoming a founding member please take some time to review the attached materials which include: The Men’s Rugby Legacy Program Benefits Form, Men’s Rugby Legacy Program Gift Proposal, and Men’s Rugby Legacy Program Pledge Confirmation Form.
